Colorado Representative

Representative Dan Pabon was first elected to the Colorado State House of Representatives in 2010. He has served in House leadership since 2012, having just served as the, Deputy Whip, Assistant Majority Leader and now Speaker Pro Tempore. During his tenure he has served on Appropriations, Finance, Judiciary, Redistricting and Amendment 64 Committees. As a recognized Colorado leader, Representative Pabon has championed technology legislation, voting rights expansion, expanding consumer protections for senior citizens, provided equal access to quality education for all Coloradans, same sex marriage, and transparency and efficiency in government. As a result  of his work, Pabon has been named the People’s Choice Legislator by Colorado Law Week and recognized as a Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyer magazine. Representative Pabon has the pleasure and honor to represent the community he grew up in, North and West Denver. He lives there with his wife, Heather, and two children, Alec and Maria.
