Representative Melissa Wintrow is a 2017 co-chair of the National Network of State Legislators Committed to Civil Governance. Born in Troy, Ohio, Representative Wintrow received her B.A. in English literature from Miami University and an M.Ed. in higher education from The University of Georgia. She has over 27 years' experience in higher education in curriculum design, instruction, program development, and leadership. Wintrow is a former President of Boise State's Professional Staff Senate; Project Manager, NEW (National Education for Women) Leadership Idaho, and also received the Idaho Business Review's Accomplished Under 40 Award.
